How do I book an appointment?To book an appointment with Jack in the Hawick studio to discuss a commission or to browse the artwork and portfolio, please use the online booking system here: Alternatively, you can email Jack at info@jacklloyd.co.uk to arrange a convenient time to visit the studio. Appointments are available to meet and discuss your requirements with Jack in the Hawick studio five days a week, Monday - Friday. Out of hours appointment and home visits are available on request. Please email info@jacklloyd.co.uk with further details to arrange a meeting.

What is the lead time for receiving the artwork?The lead time for receiving your artwork depends on the complexity and size of the piece. Generally, it takes about 4-6 weeks from the time of order to completion. We will keep you updated on the progress and notify you once your artwork is ready for collection or delivery.
The complete process, from consultation, design, print, to framing is usually 4-6 weeks.
Your original photographs and documents will be returned after they have been scanned.
